ABOUT DR. LUO
Dr. Luo earned his Ph.D. from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM). He is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Texas, a Licensed Physician & Licensed Pharmacist in TCM in China, and an Academic Successor to a National Veteran TCM Master, with 20+ years of clinical experience and 15+ years of academic teaching experience.
